To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party, the Society of Authors of Tianjin, Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation and Tianjin Poetry Society hosted “Ode to the Red Flag: Poem Reading and Release Ceremony of the Anthology Ode to the Red Flag” in Tianjin CPPCC Club. Representatives of Publicity Department of Tianjin Municipal Committee attended the meeting.

         Dayuan poem reading troupe presented “Mao Zedong,” “The Memory of Red Ship,” “The Power of Belief,” “Reflection on the 90th Anniversary of the Establishment of Chinese Communist Party,” and “Song of Tianjin” among other poems newly composed by Tianjin poets.. They recollected the glorious history, the great achievements, and the wonderful changes of Tianjin and China. Some poems also commend the heroic deeds and lofty spirit of the party members and reveal their authors’ love towards this wonderful land.
The anthology Ode to the Red Flag also made its debut on the ceremony yesterday. It collects in it 136 poems written by Tianjin poets, singing about the merits of the Party.
