In the afternoon of June 14th, Tianjin TLY Xi’an Education Found Inauguration Ceremony was held. Gou Lijun, member of Tianjin Municipal Standing Committee, Secretary of Municipal Educational Work Committee and the Honorary Chairman of TLY, Qiao Fuyuan, former Chairman of the People's Congress of Tianjin and Chairman of TLY Cultural Foundation, officers from other governmental departments Tianjin, TLY Cultural Foundation and Government of Hexi District attended the ceremony.

        Tianjin TLY West Bank Education Fund is a nonprofit fund aiming to promote the development of education in Hexi District. The fund will adhere to its belief in charity and give the entire fund it raised to the further development and perfection of Hexi District’s education and other nonprofit causes.
         Gou Lijun congratulated the founding of the fund. He said the special fund would certainly channel more social groups, organizations and individual’s care and support to the development of education and help balance the quality of education. He hoped that the foundation would serve as a comprehensive platform for efficient management and utilization of the special fund, so as to better encourage social resources to join in the development of education.
