By Tianjin Enorth Net: Jointly hosted by Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation, Tianjin Writers’ Association, and Tianjin Poet Society, the premiere of Qiao Fuyuan’s poetry anthology with video “Poems Written in a Great Era” was held in Tianjin on June 17th. Director of Tianjin Peoples Congress Standing Committee Xiao Huaiyuan presented. President of Peoples Political Consultative Conference Xing Yuanmin sent his greetings. Qiao Fuyuan’s poetry anthology with video “Poems Written in a Great Era” is a collection of 23 poems that about great events or famous places of interests, and presented in video. The poetry anthology is a wholesome exploration and makes adventurous innovation. It has important effect on developing and expanding Chinese excellent traditional culture, improving people’s morality, views of beauty and cultural quality. Qiao Fuyuan is the former Chairman of the Peoples Congress of Tianjin. He keeps on writing poem for a long time. He has written more than two thousand of poems and published six poetry anthologies. The style of his poetries is natural and poised. His work has caught the eye of different kinds of people and got great impression.
More than 150 famous writers, painters, actor, educationalist and so on presented the ceremony. Famous cultural scholar Su Shuyang wrote the title, and famous 主持人 Yang Lan ran the ceremony. All the honored guests watched part of the video, enjoyed the works given as presents by Chen Xianglong, Zuo Chuan and other well known Chinese painting and writing masters, and listened to poem reading and songs wrote by Qiao Fuyuan.
