On June 4th, Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation set up the Heart Found. Gou Lijun, member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee, and Qiao Fuyuan, the Chairman of Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation, present the ceremony.
In order to help those needy and hard working students, Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation and Tianjin Youbang Investment and Guaranty co., LTD set up the Heart Found together.
Member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee Gou Lijun presents the ceremony and make a speech. Firstly he congratulates the found of the Heart Fund. He points out that the special fund is a strong aid in guiding an increasing number of companies and people to pay attention to needy students and new cultural talent. Also the Heart Fund will support the development of education and culture. He hopes that TLY Foundation can keep on working and get fully developed.
According to the will of donor, the Heart Fund will help those needy students who behave good and study well. At the beginning, the Fund will launch a pilot project in Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin Polytechnic University and Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. In the long run, the Fund will gradually expand the cover area depending on financial circumstances and effect.
